On 20th December 2022, the Commission declared the result of the Combined Graduate Level (Tier-III) Examination, 2021. This result was declared for shortlisting candidates to appear in the Skill Test/Document Verification of the Examination. As per the Notice of the Examination, Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) and Data Entry Speed Test (DEST) are of qualifying nature.
The Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) is divided into three modules, with Module-I being the Data Entry Speed Test (DEST), and Module-II and III being the Computer Proficiency Test (CPT). It is important to note that the cut-offs for Module-I (DEST) and Module-II & III (CPT) are fixed as under:
Candidates must achieve the cut-off for both Module-I (DEST) and Module-II & III (CPT) to qualify for the Skill Test/Document Verification of the Examination. It is essential to note that the CPT and DEST are qualifying in nature and their scores will not be considered for final selection. However, it is mandatory for candidates to qualify for the CPT and DEST to be eligible for the Skill Test/Document Verification.
Candidates are advised to carefully go through the cut-offs fixed for Module-I (DEST) and Module-II & III (CPT) and prepare accordingly. It is recommended that candidates practice regularly to improve their typing speed and computer proficiency to qualify for the Skill Test/Document Verification of the Examination.
