Salary: INR 50000 per month in the pay scale INR 50000 – 160000 on successful training of one year will be designated as Assistant Manager in E1 Grade INR 60000 – 180000/-
Age Limit: Max. 28 years as of 18.12.2022. Not born earlier than 18.12.1994 and relaxation as per rules.
Required Job Profile:
Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any Discipline with sixty percent marks with a minimum of two years full-time MBA or PGDM in HR or PM or IR or PM or Master’s in Human Resources & Organisational Development for HR Discipline.
Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any Discipline with sixty percent marks and two years full-time MBA or PGDM in Production or Operations or Material or Logistics or Supply Chain Management for Materials Management discipline.
Must possess CA or CMA (ICWA) for Finance Discipline.
Medical Standards: Wright 45 Kg, Height 155 cms and must have a sound physique, free from any physical defects.
Selection Process: Onlne Examination to be held on 29.01.2023, Group Discussion and Interview, Biometric Verification.
Training and Probation: The candidate shall undergo one-year training and; after successful training ; shall be placed under probation for the period of one year.
