Tie Breaking Process of NEET 2022 Rank List
In case two or more candidates secured the same marks then the tie will be resolved in the following manner:
- Candidates scoring higher marks in Biology will be preferred.
- Applicants who will score higher marks in Chemistry subject in the test.
- Aspirants who will score higher marks in Physics subject in the exam.
- Aspirants who will have fewer incorrect answers will be preferred.
- Candidates who will have attempted fewer incorrect answers in the Biology subject.
- Participants who have attempted fewer incorrect answers in the Chemistry subject.
- Candidates who will have attempted fewer incorrect answers in the Physics subject.
- Aspirants who will be older in age will be given a higher rank
- At last, applicants who submitted the application first will be preferred.

After the publication of the NEET UG Merit List, the authority will start conducting the counselling process for the eligible candidates. All state authorities will also start conducting the counselling process for the eligible students. The Medical Council Committed will conduct around 3 to 4 counselling. All the students will first have to register themselves for counselling. After the publication of the allotment result, applicants will have to report to the allotted college.
