It is notified for information of all the Heads of non-govt affiliated D.El.Ed Institutions who are running two year D.El.Ed course Session 2019-21 to submit the actual list of candidates who have regularly attended the classes and completed the syllabus with proof of attendance made through Bio-metric machines besides, copies of internal T.P/assignments etc submitted by he candidates. The list of candidates having shortage for 2nd Year D El.Ed classes Session 2019-21 may also be provided as the list of the candidates submitted by the Promoters of the D.El.Ed Colleges are not justified. The Inspection teams who were deputed for onspot inspections of all the affiliated D.El.Ed institutions clearly stated that during inspection most of the colleges have no student in the class and no offline class work was going on except 2 or 3 Colleges.
In view of the above reports, it is obvious that no classwork through offline mode is conducted and directions through Notice/Circulars with regard to conduct of regular offline classes issued by this office from time to time have not been implemented by all D.EL.Ed affiliated institutions in letter and spirit.
It is, therefore again impressed upon the Promoters of non-Govt. affiliated D.El.Ed Colleges to submit the actual list of candidates alongwith affidavits who have attended the D.El.Ed 2nd year Classes Session 2019-21 through offline mode by or before 2nd November to enable this office to issue the dates for conduct of D.El.Ed 2nd year Exams of eligible candidates as early as possible in order to safeguard the future of said candidates.
